It’s been 3months Bmo closed my checking account for no damn reason,spoke to fraud team,they told me my check has been cleared and they didn’t find any issue with it Bmo should issue me a refund, I have called and gone to Bmo buckeye to ask for a refund they keep turning me away each time I go there,when I call they don’t answer,what manner of bank is this, I need my money back Bmo ..always treating customers like sheet ,,,Bmo give me my money else the next step will be involving my lawyer.
Absolute worst experience banking here. Always holding checks for the max amount of time, always have an attitude when i call for questions on MY ACCOUNT REGARDING MY MONEY. Save yourself the hassle bank with someone else, closed all 3 of my accounts with them today.
