Specific to the branch located at 868 S. Main Street West Bend, WI 53095, and the woman who sits in the office immediately to the left when you enter the bank: I went there to get a four page document notarized, at approximately 11 am on a Thursday. The first thing she asked was if I had an appointment. Not welcoming or friendly at all. nstead of helping me access my own money when I needed it, BMO made it impossible. They placed a restriction on my account that only allows one ATM withdrawal per day, which has caused constant problems. I called and went into the branch multiple times to have it fixed, but the West Bend South Main branch manager refused to change it — and even refused to speak to me directly. I have received great customer care from this BMO location, even before I switched all my banking here. When I did change banks, the process was flawless and learning process was simple. Glad I bank here.
