nstead of helping me access my own money when I needed it, BMO made it impossible. They placed a restriction on my account that only allows one ATM withdrawal per day, which has caused constant problems. I called and went into the branch multiple times to have it fixed, but the West Bend South Main branch manager refused to change it — and even refused to speak to me directly.
