Time to change banks. I hate the complete lack of customer service. I waited 20 min in line to do a withdrawal of $100. I needed specific denominations, otherwise I go to the ATM. 3 tellers were helping 1 customer trying to set up an appt for he & his wife!! Why does it take all the tellers to do this? Finally a personal banker came up to help. I wanted to withdraw $100, I needed one's & fives. She tells me she has to see my ID, I had my debit card & id. Sheboygan Taylor DriveI waited more than half an hour in my car to be able to talk to a representative and deposit my check, When the boy arrived, he only said Wait a moment, right now we attend he came back five minutes later and he told me Waita moment right now we attend . when im presses the call button to Speak him I have more than 30 minutes waiting to be able to make my transaction, I don't have time anymore and he said ok I'll return his papers. I use the Manitowoc BMO and have always been extremely happy. Now I use the Sheboygan BMO and my experience is continued happiness. I absolutely love the BMO experience, the people are extremely friendly and over the top helpful. Thank you, BMO.
