one if the better banks i have used i know sometimes annoying with all verification but i do understand with all the scams goin on they just making sure my money is safe
terrible, staff is unfriendly, asks personal questions and doesn't follow directions. I go there occasionally because the bmo closer to my home closed but don't like it
They called MY phone and asked me to do a finicial progress check for a gift card, after i finished i sent a email to see how long to get the gift card. Took a few emails and then they finally said itll take a few days, its been 13 days now and nothing. I messaged the place its supposed to be coming from and they said after 30 days message them if i havent recieved it. I dont like being lied to! Im canceling my account with bmo anyways.
