Extremely upset with the Sheboygan branch. I typically don't have issues banking with BMO but I have explicitly asked Alex to remove my number via text, phone call and email, but he continues to call my old phone number pushing me to open new financial accounts even though I checked that the number is no longer associated to my profile. It is completely unprofessional to ignore a customer's request to stop spam sales calls. Time to change banks. I hate the complete lack of customer service. I waited 20 min in line to do a withdrawal of $100. I needed specific denominations, otherwise I go to the ATM. 3 tellers were helping 1 customer trying to set up an appt for he & his wife!! Why does it take all the tellers to do this? Finally a personal banker came up to help. I wanted to withdraw $100, I needed one's & fives. She tells me she has to see my ID, I had my debit card & id. Sheboygan Taylor DriveI waited more than half an hour in my car to be able to talk to a representative and deposit my check, When the boy arrived, he only said Wait a moment, right now we attend he came back five minutes later and he told me Waita moment right now we attend . when im presses the call button to Speak him I have more than 30 minutes waiting to be able to make my transaction, I don't have time anymore and he said ok I'll return his papers.
