BMO is unfortunately not a bank for small businesses. As a long time customer we now need to find a new bank due to 7 DAY HOLDS on business checks. It’s 2025, you know that the business/ payee has the funds. Horrible treatment to small business banking and long time customers
Small bank only 1 teller; wait is up to and hour
Awful branch. Went in to have some account maintenance done and upon entering the woman sitting down was filing her nails and wouldn’t even look up at me. The other teller had her sign of returning soon up and was on her personal cell phone. The woman filing her nails was the one is was directed to and she didn’t stop filing her nails and proceeded to tell me she had no clue how to do what I was asking, which is a simple task a banker should know how to do. They then told me to come back a different day and maybe someone els... read more
