Zero customer service. I am a retailer checking to see if they received my check to pay an international manufacturer. I even have the account number of their client. They will not talk to me in any manner, if they have received payment for the invoice or not. Nor, will they answer questions on how the check would be processed and how long the clearing would take on an international check.
Always super helpful. My issues have been resolved within minutes and I never have to wait long. Best bank for customer service.
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU FINISH A VEHICLE TITLE LOAN THEY FUMBLE THE BALL, 🚩THEY WILL TELL YOU WAS MAILED. BUT, BS! THE BANK JUST GET IT EMAILED TO THEIR LOCALS AND THEY PRINT IT SO YOU WORK FOR THEM, PICK IT UP, PAY TO REQUEST IT AT THE DMV, THE LACK OF DILIGENCE IS ASTRONOMICAL 😑
It has been almost 10 days and no one has responded to this complaint or tried to contact me to resolve the issue. I’m a new customer and I’m already facing issues with the bank, this is a horrible experience, especially for a new client! My husband brought his salary and everything here because I thought this bank treated its customers better, but since we started working with them we just have issues and they don’t care to resolve the matter !
Absolute garbage company. The customer service is nonexistent. Find another bank because this is a dumpster fire.
