What really exposes how bad BMO is: they don’t even ask for feedback after customer service calls. Almost every company does, BMO doesn’t. No surveys, no follow-up, no accountability. I asked BMO for a 10 day payoff on my loan and they would not give it to me. I identified myself. They said I had to go to A branch or get some paperwork notarized. There are no branches in my state and the paperwork would take days. I find this very hard to believe on my own account. There customer service has gone to pot
communication is non existent , received e mail from new bank officer at union hills branch, replied to her email 2 months ago and haven't heard a word back, terrible customer service, even bots reply
I switched to BMO to have a better baking and then Social Security messed it up by putting for savings, but they have my bank information correct for my check and I'm still waiting for them to get and put it in my savings. They want me to wait till Monday at the latest and I'm not happy with that hoping to get a better bank
The biggest mistake I’ve ever made in choosing a mortgage company! If you are thinking about banking with them in any manner, just don’t!!! There are no worse options!
