I switched to BMO to have a better baking and then Social Security messed it up by putting for savings, but they have my bank information correct for my check and I'm still waiting for them to get and put it in my savings. They want me to wait till Monday at the latest and I'm not happy with that hoping to get a better bank

Don't do it! This bank has caused me so many issues! In September, After their Teller depositing another buissinesses checks worth 5k into my buisiness account. They didn't even check their ID for the buisiness account! I caught it that day & I brought this to their attention immediately & they forced me out of my accounts for their mistakes! No stars. Bank of the West . Very bad communication within this company. Thankngoodness I don't have my regular banking here only a loan. When calling the 800 # plan on waiting 1 hour or more.
