I was pressured by Hossain Syed into opening a US checking account along with a Canadian checking account, because I would be going back and forth between the two countries and could make "easy" transfers. This is useless, I didn't need it at all. I can easily withdraw money from the Canadian account at any ATM in the US. I've been coming to this bank for the past year and a half and never had issues till today. I had 2 transactions to make, a business deposit and grabbing change cash for cash. Around 1:26pm I had deposits and they did NOT ask me for my name or ID prior to this transaction. Mind you operator 023 at this branch 1015 was training another associate at this time. Worst BMO bank in winnipeg, i was there because we have an account with them and i work right near by. All i went to go do is make a deposit and get some change for my store. I have been going to this bank past year and have never had any problems ever about getting change. apparently today when i go just to get change they ask for all my info???? Just because i did not have id with me they refused to give me change. The guy named paul is extremely RUDE. i have no idea where to get change for my business now.
They don't care about their customer at all
