Went to the drive thru ATM and tried to pull out $180 and it did not dispense my money. Went into the branch and the manager would not come out, then the teller told me I must call RBC who I bank with, and tell them the situation, make that make sense? This branch has awful reviews and I can see why, a 2.6% rating is embarrassing and I hope you guys can pull it together because that is bad. I’ve been going to this BMO branch sparingly as needed the past year and a half. Had a bizarre experience recently that made me not want to go to this location for any business. Last Friday I went to this branch to send a wire transfer back home, this was an international wire transfer of a large sum of money. I faced a new employee I have not seen before. Dear Relevant Person in Charge of Bank of Montreal , I am a customer of your bank. Yesterday, when I went to your bank to handle the business of getting a financial statement, the clerk Qin Maggie had an extremely bad attitude throughout the process. She repeatedly urged me to download the documents at home, knowing that I needed an official seal on the formal statement but deliberately shirking her responsibility. Extremely disappointed with the service yesterday. The staff member Maggie Qin was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They showed zero patience and were dismissive of my questions. This is not the level of service I expect from a bank.
I did a deposit at this BMO branch today and the service was terrible. The teller let someone else go ahead of me with no explanation, and everything moved at a painfully slow pace. The staff seemed rude and uninterested, making it clear they don’t value their customers. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning to this location.
