This location doesn’t have tellers but rather customer service associates which is frustrating because you have to wait for a long time before being seen as they deal with other non-teller matters like opening accounts. So instead of a quick 5 minute wait it could be 30 mins before you’re seen! Unprofessional
I rated two stars for the few positive customer experiences I had. However, I deducted three stars due to several missed opportunities from senior staff that could have been transformed into meaningful interactions. Unfortunately, based on this, I cannot recommend.
