Amazing and outstanding service by Reem Khalil, banking associates. Highest level of professionalism, ethics and customer service. Very rarely seen this kind of service and that is the reason to write this review which normally I do not write. Way to go Ms. Khalil and BMO.
Outside ATM is not working and inside ATM is inaccessible after business hours. Highly unreliable. I am moving my banking to other bank.
Worst class customer service ever i never expected specially from REEM khalil for account opening we wait 25 minutes sje was totally free when they mentioned appointment time again she changed we got agree and again rescheduled multiple times it looks like they dont want respect customer
