I e-transferred $8 and it cost me $6? Confused I contacted Fola at BMO and she explained that my savings account did not have no fee services. I asked for her understanding and she agreed to credit my account. She said to do all transactions from my checking account. Duly noted, thanks Fola!
Took 2 days to call me back. Wanted to exchange Cad to Australian dollars. They could not do it in 9 business days. They could not confirm if it could be done in Sudbury and replied "You'll have to try". They wouldn't bring the money in without going to the branch to Sign. I have all of my banking there and sign a mortgage online but exchanging 500 dollars can't be done online or through DocuSign. This location has horrible hours. I work 10 to 6. And I have to go in late if I need to do any banking. Not open at all during the weekends. Considering leaving for that reason alone. It's very inconvenient.
