Took 2 days to call me back. Wanted to exchange Cad to Australian dollars. They could not do it in 9 business days. They could not confirm if it could be done in Sudbury and replied "You'll have to try". They wouldn't bring the money in without going to the branch to Sign. I have all of my banking there and sign a mortgage online but exchanging 500 dollars can't be done online or through DocuSign. This location has horrible hours. I work 10 to 6. And I have to go in late if I need to do any banking. Not open at all during the weekends. Considering leaving for that reason alone. It's very inconvenient.
Yes they handled the questions n were timely on there requests.
Eversince I transferred to this location. The staff treated me as if was an actual human being. Not like some business deal where they want to make money. Mrs McDowell was able to sense I was nervous but being professional she made me feel so welcome. It's hilarious that a manager 🤣that had no wrinkled shirts and dressed like she was going to church 🤣 despite it not being on a Sunday. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 was able to help me... plus she wasn't crabby at the wrong timing... now this is what you actual educational communication.
