Went in to cancel a business account near closing time, with the branch very busy, and was still helped promptly and efficiently. The staff made the process smooth even though the bank was closing within 30 minutes, which I really appreciated. I’ve just moved to the area and felt comfortable with the service here. I’d be happy to bank at this location again in the future.
I was the first customer standing at the line for a minute and there were 3 representatives sitting and chatting to each other treated me as a transparent person, I feel being ignored. I recently visited a BMO branch address ( 100 new park place Vaughan) and had a disappointing experience with one of the tellers. From the moment I approached the counter, the service was cold and unwelcoming. The teller, an older woman (Operator ID: 024, Transaction Time: 2:52:17pm Date: July 16,2025), didn’t greet me or acknowledge me politely. Thr worst service i ever had in Banks This my second time with the same lady she didn't even try to see whats the problem with my debit card , i got a new card and the pin number doesn't work she just said it doesn't work and bye , I have a business account with them , I switched to TD BANK in the same building and they have an excellent service, Pls avoid this bank or at least this branch, I just put one star because google doesn't allow me to go less than that
