if i could, i would give them minus 10 star. waste of time, we have business account with them and they cant even give us coins for our business, employees dont know what they are doing, and always long wait. Had to go scotiabank (personal account) and get coins without any hassle
The customer service here, in my opinion, is reckless.
They closed their doors before 5 pm without any signs
Went in to cancel a business account near closing time, with the branch very busy, and was still helped promptly and efficiently. The staff made the process smooth even though the bank was closing within 30 minutes, which I really appreciated. I’ve just moved to the area and felt comfortable with the service here. I’d be happy to bank at this location again in the future.
