I recently visited a BMO branch address ( 100 new park place Vaughan) and had a disappointing experience with one of the tellers. From the moment I approached the counter, the service was cold and unwelcoming. The teller, an older woman (Operator ID: 024, Transaction Time: 2:52:17pm Date: July 16,2025), didn’t greet me or acknowledge me politely. Thr worst service i ever had in Banks This my second time with the same lady she didn't even try to see whats the problem with my debit card , i got a new card and the pin number doesn't work she just said it doesn't work and bye , I have a business account with them , I switched to TD BANK in the same building and they have an excellent service, Pls avoid this bank or at least this branch, I just put one star because google doesn't allow me to go less than that

This is the wrost BMO branch ever. This is pathetic The customer service is not customer oriented and it feels like we owe her millions of dollars. Upon checking the review, I am not the only one feel this way! Glad I also have TD which is just opposite it!
