I believe the gentleman who recently replaced Carmen is named Rocco. This was my first experience dealing with him, and unfortunately, it was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I’ve been coming to this bank for about five years, and Carmen was a big reason I kept coming back. He was personable, respectful, and always made clients feel comfortable. Horrible customer service. The older lady teller was very rude.
Edit: I have changed my ratings becasue Rocoo Sansone, the manager there is excellent. Very helpful and respectful. Shows you that customer service goes a long way. Previous Review: Horrible customer service, thats all I say. Everytime I went in to send a wire transfser I get attitude for coming in after 430PM when they close at 5 (sorry I have a job).
