I had an appointment with Simran Kaur and she was extremely helpful with process and everything. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a advisor in BMO.
Initially, I was surprised to see this branch rated only 2.9 stars—but after my visit, I understood why. I was told by another BMO location that this branch could help process my withdrawal request. However, the teller repeatedly insisted the manager would not approve it without even checking first. I had to specifically ask him to confirm with the manager. Instead of bringing the manager out, he spoke to the manager in Chinese, laughed about my request, and returned with a dismissive attitude. His behavior was unprofessiona... read more
