This is probably the worst bank to deal with, on the face of the planet. I have been to many different banks across Canada but this one probably is the worst in the following: the tellers not being prepared to serve customers; the tellers do not make any exceptions according to the customers needs; the staff has zero people skills & most of them are robotic. Awful service. Only one staff available with a huge line up. Couldn't assist me with closing my account, so I had to visit another branch. Avoid this one.

A huge thank you to Michael (teller) from this branch as he was able to resolve my issue asap and refunded the incorrect charges. Btw BMO team your phone customer service is horrendous in terms of fraud, disputes and overall customer service. Spent more than 2-3 hours on the call and each agent passed me to others. Highly recommend improving your phone customer service as they are absolutely terrible and would never use them again (rude, unhelpful, and utterly useless).
