Hello Mark Carney of BMO finance. The male front workers at this location are quite familiar with the fact that I have to enter my pin twice every time that I'm here. It is the truth for allother places that I've been to. I had a recent visit at the BMO on Elgin and a female staff worker who may have been named Mari, may have noticed that was happening.
The staff are very accomplished in solving problems with banking issues
Had a poa on file to help my grandma and protect her from her son whos financially abusing her and you removed it WITHOUT MY PERMISSION YOU DELETED IT NOW MY GRANDMA HAS NO MONEY BECAUSE HER SON KEEPS TAKING IT. WHATS THE POINT OF A POA IF U DELETE IT ?
I used to hate dealing with this branch and its lack of personnel, but this has change because of one person.
