Would never do business with them ever again. Decided to transfer a substantial amount of money from my wife’s account to an old joint account she had with farther without her consent because they wanted to close her account. Wife immediately went in and closed all her accounts after they reversed the transaction. Terrible customer service!!!
Closed on weekends, closed after 5pm and doesn't open until 930am. How are normal working folks supposed to get in here to do any banking? We'd do it online but we've been told we need to go into the branch to provide ID information. Ridiculous
