Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at this branch. The service was quite slow, and the staff seemed inexperienced and not very knowledgeable about the services or questions I had. I expected a more efficient and professional experience, but it felt like I had to wait too long and wasn’t getting clear or helpful answers. Hopefully, the management can improve staff training and overall service. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose to come back to this branch again.
Terrible branch, tellers are absolutely useless, and refuse to do basic transactions. Wasted over 20 minutes while offering no solutions. I went to another branch and got my banking done within 5 minutes. Don't waste your time here, take your business to another branch.
