After having very bad experiences from other BMO branches and planning to close my BMO account, I finally found this branch with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
I had a very frustrating experience at this BMO branch. During my credit card application, the staff member who helped me was also training a new employee, and my name was entered incorrectly on the application. Because of this mistake, I had to spend extra time contacting BMO multiple times to fix the issue, and I also had to wait longer for a corrected card to be mailed.
