After having very bad experiences from other BMO branches and planning to close my BMO account, I finally found this branch with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
I had a very frustrating experience at this BMO branch. During my credit card application, the staff member who helped me was also training a new employee, and my name was entered incorrectly on the application. Because of this mistake, I had to spend extra time contacting BMO multiple times to fix the issue, and I also had to wait longer for a corrected card to be mailed. Impossible to park. Even when entering the "free parking" parade at the back, there was NO option at ANY gate for BMO parking. Only option was to get a ticket at 5.25 an hour. If free parking is actually a thing there, the signage and instructions needs to be improved dramatically.
While I was thinking of giving up on BMO because of bad experiences from other branches, I gave the last chance to BMO Capstan branch. I'm so glad that we finally met someone like Julie who was very patient and understanding and is really willing to find out the answer for us. Really appreciate her assistance. I gave 5 stars because of her service. I had bad experiences with Steveston & No.1 and also Lansdowne branches.
