I am reaching out to express my concern about a recent experience at BMO Londonderry Mall on April 29th. During my visit, I was assisted by a staff member who was extremely rude. She threw my money and change at me and rushed me unnecessarily. I also noticed that she displayed similar behavior toward other customers. Worst customer service, normally I don't rate any service one star , but I prefer to drive 5 extra minutes to Nameo's BMO at 160 Avenue. If I transfer $ from my account to BMO account, they hold my cheque more than 5 days eventhough I told them I need it urgently but never happen at BMO, NAMEO branch.
