Slow service
Called ahead for cash. Waited 30 minutes to be told the bank only had $3000 cash in it for the day. Don’t recommend this location
Received help from Yian, was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. First good experience with BMO in Edmonton
Left a message as that is the only option at the londonderry branch on Saturday July 5th, 3 hours later I have not received a call back! This is unacceptable. Called at 9:30 am when branch opened, called back at 12:30 as no one called me back. Very poor customer service!
