Received help from Yian, was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. First good experience with BMO in Edmonton
Left a message as that is the only option at the londonderry branch on Saturday July 5th, 3 hours later I have not received a call back! This is unacceptable. Called at 9:30 am when branch opened, called back at 12:30 as no one called me back. Very poor customer service!
I am reaching out to express my concern about a recent experience at BMO Londonderry Mall on April 29th. During my visit, I was assisted by a staff member who was extremely rude. She threw my money and change at me and rushed me unnecessarily. I also noticed that she displayed similar behavior toward other customers.
