I was very impressed with the level of service I received at this small town branch. The CSR was very professional and helpful. I have not experienced this level of service in the larger cities

I wrote a check on June/12/2026 and the bank cashed it on June/3/2026 and it happened many times and the customer service never knows what you are talking about This bank is a one of the worst banks you can trust and deal
