After closing the Qualicum Beach branch there's never enough staff at the Parksville branch, long wait times every time I have to see a teller.
I had a fantastic experience with Jennifer at the Parksville branch. She was able to accommodate my appointment with little notice. I found her knowledgeable and personable. She was patient with questions and provided options. I will be happy to use Jen for my future banking needs.
My experience in general is limited with the branch so I can’t speak to that. My experience with Jenifer Morera however, amazing!! I had the pleasure of working with her when I added to my RRSP. Then I brought my kids to her to open their “1st bank acct”. She is so wonderful to work with, explains best options and was so personable with my kids. I highly recommend reaching out to Jenifer for her knowledge of banking.
My experience at the BMO Parksville Branch has been nothing but amazing. The staff are always super friendly and are quick to help me with whatever I need. Jenifer is by far the best mortgage/loan specialist I have ever worked with.
I would complain about the service but there wasn't any!!! One customer in the branch, 3 staff members on their iphones. After waiting for 5 minutes no one could even come and say hello or ask how they could help (I was standing right in front of their glass fronted offices). I had to call out in the middle of the branch if I could have some help. I was then told I would have to wait for the one person who was helping the one customer in the branch to make an appointment.
