My experience at the BMO Parksville Branch has been nothing but amazing. I have been dealing with Jennifer Morera both personally and professionally for the last few years and she has become my favorite Personal Banker of forever. I have pretty much transferred all of my business to BMO now. As well as being extremely knowledgable she is also very fun and we need fun in this busy serious world. EDIT: DO not listen to the response below. I already contacted them over a dozen times, and no, they were unable to resolve the most basic issues. Pure incompetence. Most regrettable banking experience of my life. Major disconnect between in person banking, management and online / phone support. No one could help with a simple request. Probably spend 20+ hours dealing with absolute nonsense. In person staff giving bad and contradictory advice. Absolutely would avoid this place at all costs. Literally go to any other bank.
Don’t open a business account with BMO. Imagine having a 2.7 star rating from more than 40 reviews. Says a lot about the staff and policies at this Bank of Montreal. This whole organization is backwards. BMO prefers placing restrictive policies on small business owners, (and sticking to their guns) rather than prioritizing the people who make them hundreds of millions of dollars in profits each year. After closing the Qualicum Beach branch there's never enough staff at the Parksville branch, long wait times every time I have to see a teller, still have to wait a long time for a teller no improvement, sadly!
