Their direct phone number never got picked up. I left couple of voice messages but they never returned the call. Update: after sending my contacts to the email provided by BMO, it's been a week, still no one called me back. Terrible service.
People are friendly but theres always 15 people in line and 1-2 tellers, expevt at least 30 min for super easy transactions

Super welcoming here! Not sure about the other reviews but my experience here has been pretty quick and employees were helpful.
Called this branch a few time per day on separate occasions never got an answer. I went to the branch and despite being "too busy assisting other customers" to answer the phone, I still had to wait 20-30 minutes to be seen. They only have one teller working the counter at a time (2 if you're lucky). Overall really hard to get anything done with them. * Update * Went close my account at BMO. This is what the line looked like today. One teller for 7 people in line.
