I went there to withdraw the money from my credit today and I clearly explained the reason why to that staff….she is approximately age 40-50 but I felt so bad when i told her that I need to increase my withdraw limits…. She replied in improper way that she can’t change anything whatever is there she is going to follow that… and didn’t change my withdraw limit….also she asked my profession as if I’m going to runaway with that little amount…….

Andrea Gervais is the most ignorant CSR I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to in any bank, anywhere. She refused to explain to my daughter what had changed in her investments, why the penalties to pull out money were much higher than the last time, just kept saying "I don't know" when asked what had changed, and when I insisted she find out what/how my daughters investments had changed from 1 visit to the next, she informed me that she was close to asking me to leave due to being 'belligerent.'
