Regarding Business banking and Estate account I use to bank with a very respectful and knowledgeable lady there, probably the only one who cares about customers. I was told that she left for her maternity but lately I was told that she was fired. Can’t recall her name but I really miss her there. My wife use to deal with same lady and we both feel sorry for her. Manager at this branch is terrible and speaks in very rude and unwelcoming tone. Day I not far when I am switching my bank.
Extremely slow service, likely due to the high turnover rate. I’ve been a BMO customer all my life but would not recommend this branch if you’re looking to bank in Paris.
Review for BMO (Bank of Montreal), Paris, Ontario Branch I visited this branch to open an account without an appointment. Unfortunately, I was met with a very unwelcoming experience. The lady at the office spoke to me rudely and told me I needed an appointment in a very disrespectful tone. I was quite disappointed, especially as I already have a line of credit with BMO. Writting on behalf of my dad, Dan Bangay. He is not good at this stuff. This branch has the worst customer service ever. He has been dealing with them for years for a multitude of issues and he is met every time with cynisism and blatent rudeness. Three days it had taken the Paris branch to not bother getting around to addressing a concern( a perfectly clearable held check) which was grately affecting my dads life, and was sorted out in minutes at one of the brantford branches.
