With St George Branch now closed, I have been forced to find another branch and I was recommended the Paris branch. I have attended this location three times now and (aside from the terrible construction to get there) the staff have been amazing!! The branch manager has welcomed me, two of the three times and every one of the tellers has been extremely helpful! Excellent customer service. Busy branch so some wait time but given the small staff size they do an excellent job.
BMO, Paris I visited this branch to close my account without an appointment. Unfortunately, I had a very unwelcoming experience. The employee I spoke with was rude and told me, in a disrespectful tone, that I needed an appointment. While standing there, I called customer service and asked her to speak with them. After speaking with them, she agreed to close my account. However, during the account closure, she did not provide any information or explain the process. Worst experience ever! Janine has the talent to make me feel unwelcomed !and inferior . The whole process she was trying to prove why i am getting higher interest instead of focusing on how to help me. I dont know where her attitude is from, it is my first timemeeting her.
