BMO, Paris I visited this branch to close my account without an appointment. Unfortunately, I had a very unwelcoming experience. The employee I spoke with was rude and told me, in a disrespectful tone, that I needed an appointment. While standing there, I called customer service and asked her to speak with them. Worst experience ever! Janine has the talent to make me feel unwelcomed !and inferior . The whole process she was trying to prove why i am getting higher interest instead of focusing on how to help me. I dont know where her attitude is from, it is my first timemeeting her.
The branch is full of spider webs!!! Gross
Regarding Business banking and Estate account I use to bank with a very respectful and knowledgeable lady there, probably the only one who cares about customers. I was told that she left for her maternity but lately I was told that she was fired. Can’t recall her name but I really miss her there. My wife use to deal with same lady and we both feel sorry for her. Manager at this branch is terrible and speaks in very rude and unwelcoming tone. Day I not far when I am switching my bank.
