BMO is a joke. This branch has been absolutely fantastic. It’s the only reason I’ve stayed with them, because of the service from the staff at this branch. But since the announcement that they are closing the branch, and their headless and heartless response to “drive to FSJ” for your banking needs is absolutely insane. I will be closing all of my BMO accounts
They never answer and everytime I’ve been there they literally cannot help me no matter what it is. Online banking, inquiry’s, and other strange little problems on there end of your looking to open an account go with anywhere but bmo
