Awesome bank and awesome staff always ready to help customer love it
Manager is the worst I have ever seen. Will not answer the phone or respond to her fax. Need to get lawyer involved before she decides to do her job. She should be fired!!!
Called twice during Wednesday listed hours to listed phone number. Automated system was more like a human voice of service to this considered business that didn't even offer a leave a message so the staff could even return the call to a potential client. That is Bad Business ethics 101. My callING experience as I was directed to the branch began with it ringing long enough that my question could be answer that ended with a click as if one there end hung up.
