The staff is very friendly, accommodating and efficient.
After left my review. 2 days later they cleared thier mailbox🤣
They put a hold on my account any time i make a purchase with my Visa Debit and even after it's been posted they refuse to remove the hold! Can't get someone who speaks English on the phone. Just beyond frustrated! So nothing like stealing my money even though it's been posted! Terrible customer service!
They never answer the phone over there. I started to call 9 am this morning and its 1:20 pm right now. The lack in the area but I called 100's of times off and on not one answer there's no point in me leaving a message because they're answering machine can't accept anymore messages their mailbox is full. Do something about your services cause I'd rate this bank a zero out of 10.
Would've given 0 stars but that wasn't an option. Spent 15 minutes in line watching the only 3 tellers all help the same man while ignoring anyone else.
