My buddy sent me $20 on e-transfer and instead of me receiving it the bank kept it they’re thieves and imagine being that bad off got gotta steal $20 what a joke of a bank.
Their customer support is awful. I can't pay my cell phone bill because their app and website won't add it as a payee for online banking. I tried everything and called their support, which was a waste of time. So apparently I have to switch banks just to pay my bills.
