The worst bank I have ever used
Usually only one person is working so the waiting time can be long.
I came to this branch to take out money from my savings account on July 9, 2022. I asked the employee to give me the whole amount. Maybe she didn't hear me so I had to ask to make sure the account is at 0. Because of 2 transactions I was charged a fee of $10. I called BMO and they were able to revert the charges as it should have been only 1 transaction fee. I went to bank today to close the savings account.
