Branch Manager Jynelle Warnke thinks it's professional to hang up on people instead of hearing them out. She repeatedly interrupted us while we were trying to explain what we needed, she spoke over us multiple times, then when we thought she couldnt be less helpful she hung up on us. This is NOT somone who should be representing BMO. We were frustrated but never agressive. It's only the biggest purchase of our lives! She was confrontational and rude from the start. We had great customer service at BMO recently. Highly recommend Mr Tejas Lad who is very professional, friendly and helpful!
We truly appreciate Tejas Lad with our bank needs. He’s very approachable and easy to talk to. And he clearly explained what we needed to know.
Tejas was an exceptional person to deal with at BMO. Fast, friendly, efficient, communicative and really listened to my needs. He acted on my request immediately and I am very happy with the result.
Rude staff and very argumentative. Lost card also came with a lecture and said it isn't possible to pay for a disney trip with a bmo card.
