Since the Enderby Branch closed this one has been frustrating to deal with.
I am so very pleased with the help I received from senior banker Godfrey Rayan recently. He was very attentive, professional, and thorough in his assistance with renewal of my mortgage. I have banked with BMO a long time, and was very disappointed when they closed the Enderby branch, however, this was my first opportunity to deal with someone in person at the Salmon Arm branch, with an important financial choice and I’m sure I made the right choice.
We worked with Godfrey at the BMO and he was fantastic with us while working thru a estate. He was super friendly and easy to get in touch with when we had one of our endless questions. He made the estate and probate a little easier to deal with for us and understanding we were having to come from out of town for our appts He always set it up to get as much done during an appt as possible. All in all a great experience working with Godfrey!
