BMO is not to be trusted. On three separate occasions, agents and a senior officer promised to resolve an issue within a given timeframe (within 24 hours, within 48 hours, and within a few hours). Not only did they fail to resolve the issue each time, but they didn’t even have the courtesy to follow-up or call back. I am so very pleased with the help I received from senior banker Godfrey Rayan recently. He was very attentive, professional, and thorough in his assistance with renewal of my mortgage. I have banked with BMO a long time, and was very disappointed when they closed the Enderby branch, however, this was my first opportunity to deal with someone in person at the Salmon Arm branch, with an important financial choice and I’m sure I made the right choice.

We worked with Godfrey at the BMO and he was fantastic with us while working thru a estate. He was super friendly and easy to get in touch with when we had one of our endless questions. He made the estate and probate a little easier to deal with for us and understanding we were having to come from out of town for our appts He always set it up to get as much done during an appt as possible. All in all a great experience working with Godfrey!
