I stopped in at the local branch of BMO in Fort St John, BC, to schedule an appointment to discuss some financial options. The new Branch Manager, Lance Garfin, managed to find the time to meet with me right away. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful. Great service BMO. Thank you, Lance.
We recently switched to BMO... BIG BIG MISTAKE!!! I had the displeasure of dealing with Crystals bad attitude and customer service today when I was asking questions about our newish account. Because she couldn't grasp my super simple question, she defaulted to rude, condescending behavior. Enough that I will be switching back to TD.
