Bikramjeet in my experience is useless and dodges emails and messages. It feels like he only wants to take your money to invest but anything else he will avoid like the plague, no interest in helping a customer in a tough time trying to access their investment.
8 AM to 8 PM for their ATM. In what world are these fools from - this is a working town. Not open on a Saturday, no ATM when needed. Useless. Time we move our banking and investments from BMO. AND 2 tellers working in the branch. Useless bunch.
Extremely rude and condescending service at BMO. The lady I dealt with was dismissive and made the entire experience unpleasant. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
