You’d at-least like to be given a reason for why your money was placed on hold indefinitely, or for them to at-least TRY to resolve this issue for you…. But nope! I guess here at BMO I should just say “oh well, I didn’t need 700$ anyways” and move on because that’s what BMO would clearly like for me to do. ONE BMO branch in town AND in their infinite wisdom decide to update BOTH ATM machines at the same time. Lack of intelligence in FSJ AND this town is evident!
I would suggest you go anywhere else than this bank.... Manager does not want to work with people... Relationships do not matter as long as their policies especially the new ones can destroy lives... this Bank is a den of deceit and thieves. You have to give one star... grrrrr
