I wish I could give them a "0" .Unfortunately the service levels at this branch are so bad that it has made me consider leaving BMO bank after 25 years in general. Nice location, building is secure, But the tellers and one of the advisers , i think her name is sabina are just lost when it comes to customer service and understanding customer needs/requests. This review is long over due. My wife and I feel so fortunate in enjoying the wonderful and caring service Kim Koza has provided us. Some 8 years ago, Kim was able to arrange a unique mortgage for us where no other Bank or mortgage broker was able to do for us. Kim helped us out in our time of need like no other could. My son and I made an appointment with Paula to make some changes to his accounts. Paula provided excellent service, was professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this branch and Paula! I’ve always had excellent service from everyone at this branch.
