Where to begin. If I could write a zero or less I absolutely would. We have a business account and have been with this bank for 17 years. In the last 7 months apparently banking has changed without anyone telling us. So when I put a check in from a customer I've had for 5 plus years now they are holding everything minimum 5 business days. Business days which btw don't count Saturday EVEN THOUGH they're open for business. My client card the 4th one now does not work in atms for deposits. Trans failed see branch. This will be 5th time now yet know one actually knows why inside the bank or can actually resolve this.
I wish I could give them a "0" .Unfortunately the service levels at this branch are so bad that it has made me consider leaving BMO bank after 25 years in general. Nice location, building is secure, But the tellers and one of the advisers , i think her name is sabina are just lost when it comes to customer service and understanding customer needs/requests.
