The service at this bank is impersonal and staff are lazy and rude. They don’t care to help because it’s to much like work. Have been a customer for over 35 years and I don’t feel comfortable with my money being at this bank. Trying to get any help with questions or concerns does not take place at this branch.
Every time I go into this location, there is 1 teller who is completely ignorant. She is the definition of poor customer service, never comes up with a solution for requests, and always pushes back with excuses. Most other BMO branches are accomodating, except this one.
This branch of the Bank of Montreal consistently delivers abysmal customer service. The team leads at this branch fail to provide an experience that leaves me with the feeling that they value my business and falls far short of the standard of customer service i receive at other BMO branches.
