Took away free plan options on bank accounts
No since of security here at this place. I was waiting in line and there was a lady in the personal banking office and I could hear all, not joking all of her personal banking information. Which was thousands! The partial walls does not allow security for talking.
Small town bank with unaccommodating policies in place to make your visit as frustrating as possible. I do not recommend using this bank to operate your business through. Maximum limit of cash withdrawal is $3000.00 and you need to order more than this ahead of time. They pulled our past transactions of the day to show us that we are suspicious,,,,,we are a business doing business and that requires money to operate. The service at this bank is impersonal and staff are lazy and rude. They don’t care to help because it’s to much like work. Have been a customer for over 35 years and I don’t feel comfortable with my money being at this bank. Trying to get any help with questions or concerns does not take place at this branch.
