Attention au guichet automatique! J’ai déposé 330$ la machine a pris l’argent mais ne l’a jamais déposé dans mon compte. 2e fois en un peu plus d’un an. Les employés ben gentil mais impuissant. Après 3 semaines aucun suivi de ma plainte, même pas un appel pour me tenir au courant. Mise à jour: j’ai fait ce que vous m’avez demandé; d’écrire au courriel que vous mentionnez plus bas, avec mon nom et numéro de téléphone voilà maintenant 2 jours, mais aucun retour d’appel ou de suivi!
