I regret starting a business relationship with this bank. Their customer service is shockingly unresponsive – no one answers phone calls during working hours, no matter how many times you try. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you need urgent assistance. I expected better from a financial institution. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will be closing my account as soon as possible. I do not recommend this bank to anyone looking for reliable support or communication.

Withheld my check and flagged for fraud despite it being from a trusted source that i recieve checks from on a regular basis, stuck at a gas station with no gas and they wont pick up the phone. Do not use this bank, their "security" features cause far more issues than any other bank, i have to phone in on a monthly basis because of of how often my account gets locked or checks get flagged.
