It’s a typical big bank. All they want is your money. Customer service isn’t that great. They have a direct line to the actual branch. You call and leave a message and they state they will return within a certain amount of time and for sure, before the end of day. Nope. No phone call back. Try to go the branch? Better bring a lawn chair and a book and get comfortable. Wait times in line can take hours if you hit it right, which is most of the time. I regret starting a business relationship with this bank. Their customer service is shockingly unresponsive – no one answers phone calls during working hours, no matter how many times you try. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you need urgent assistance. I expected better from a financial institution. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will be closing my account as soon as possible. I do not recommend this bank to anyone looking for reliable support or communication.
RUBBISH BANK ALWAYS HAD TO WAIT IN A LONG QUEUE FOR GETTING SMALL TASKS DONE. JUST HAVE 1 BRANCH AND 2 STAFF...... BETTER CLOSE IT...YOU GUYS ARE NOT SERIOUS
