Slowest banking experience. Every time I visit there is a long line for the 1 atm, and the teller line doesn’t move as they have 2-3 tellers helping one person. When it’s busy stop talking to people about their lives and get the line moving.
I had my second bad experience with this branch today. A few months ago, I had a negative encounter with the business financial advisor here who took all the documentsfrom me for a loan and went for vacation noting that either her colleague will connect with me in her absence or she will proceed with the application once she's back. SOS… if u need to do anything with your bank or credit card. Don’t waste time come in here. Or your card just flights over someone house. I ordered credit card and told the old lady my new address which is my new house in Georgetown. I confirmed 2 times with her. And she said yes yes! She knows. And now my credit card sent to old house that is someone else house now. I was waiting 2,5 months . And just figured out that they sent wrong. Such as waste time. She needs to retire I guess. For the nine years we lived in Georgetown we had excellent service at BMO. Specifically Roshini and Collette were excellent at what they did. They always went above and beyond and made sure we received everything we needed and expected of them.
