Usama and Amanda are the best.
Slowest banking experience. Every time I visit there is a long line for the 1 atm, and the teller line doesn’t move as they have 2-3 tellers helping one person. When it’s busy stop talking to people about their lives and get the line moving.
I had my second bad experience with this branch today. A few months ago, I had a negative encounter with the business financial advisor here who took all the documentsfrom me for a loan and went for vacation noting that either her colleague will connect with me in her absence or she will proceed with the application once she's back. Neither heard anything from her colleague nor her. Today, I went to withdraw some money, but I had to wait a long time because there wasn't enough staff.
