Atrocious and poor management. Customer service is worse. Closed my account and went elsewhere
They never return phone calls. Worst customer service with BMO on 100st.and there call in centre, have no product knowledge. The beach manager in grande prairie is always away. And refuses to take responsibility for inappropriate behavior

Roshini offers best service. at BMO bank. She is always helpful and we have been dealing with her for the past 15 years. Even though she has changed branches, we follow her around for our Mortgage & other needs. Above all she is personable.
