If I can give zero stars for the incompetent service this branch gives I would. BMO is overall a great bank. THIS BRANCH ITSELF needs alot of work, lack of customer service, nor do they take the time to hear out their customers. The bombastic side eye they give as she incorrectly submit the wrong bills payments, and or billing the wrong account that is not tied to our personal. The mistake they do but never own up to.
