Always friendly staff..very helpful and understanding. Staff is helpful to make things easier for all your banking needs.
Worst customer service ever. Never return emails or phone calls. Refuse to provide copies of contracts. Say things are going to go this way and turns out they go the other. Avoid like the plague. EDIT: Instead of issuing the ton of apologies I see from all the comments maybe fix your branch or close it. Even today I went in to close my account. If you call and leave a message nobody calls back. If you call and get to talk to someone they tell you they will leave a message for someone to call you back they never do. Everything is directed to the web-site which is no help.
Terrible service at this bank. They make up their own policies. Went in to take out money only to be told they have a 'limit' of 2500.00. Was at the Brockville branch less than two weeks ago and was able to pull out 5k. I also had an employee go in to make a deposit, into a 'deposit only' account (bank machines were down). Can't do anything else but deposit. Associate asked to see id from employee, why?, I have no clue, you have to enter your pin when you see a teller... and refused to let my employee make that deposit. Neve... read more
I had a mortgage, LOC, accounts, and cards with this bank. The service was getting worse and worse so I opened an account at another bank. All my investments are now elsewhere. I went into this location to close my accounts and the teller was terrible. She laughed at my request and gave me no clear direction except to go to my other bank to get a money order. So, I did. My new bank was unclear why I couldn't do what I requested. Just a ridiculous waste of my time.
