Says opening hours are until 5pm yet at 4pm they say we can;t deposit money because the employee shut her register down.. What a farce of a bank.
I just had one of the best customer service interactions I’ve experience in years from the fabulous Chantal T, Manager of the Lachute Quebec branch of the Bank of Montreal. She went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my credit card, taking about 90 minutes out of her day! Well done Chantal and thank you so much, you were a pleasure to work with!!
Fait 2 fois je me fait fraudé et les 2 fois la bmo ma remboussé en temp de le dire. Sa fait aumoin 5ans que j'y suis et je compt resté a cette banque . Toute les autre banque a lachute jai eu de mauvaise experiance.
