They are as slow as it can be. No sense of urgency or consideration for others time. This branch has three people working as I sit here and wait. Only one teller. This is a regular occurrence here. Either of the other employees (the manager or the other girl in the glass office) could get up and help clear the line but don't. Sometimes I wait ridiculously long for simple change. Horrible experience...wanted to pay off my loan so I have her my cheque and there was a remaining balance left so she took the cheque and told me they will mail me the balance fast forward 6 days later still nothing so I went there and she said the loan is payed off and that if I don't get the cheque by the next day for me to go back and get a branch number I have to call to figure out where my money is..like seriously..I asked if it has been mailed out yet she said she has no idea ....will not go back and still waiting for ... read more
I was heaving a headache of a time with a new BMO credit card. The customer service line told me to go to a branch to verify some things. I went in and their computers were down but they took my name and number and called me back later that day once things were up and running again. They put all the info in my system and then instructed me to call customer service back to unlock my card. So patient. So helpful. So good. Offers of help proactively.
I just use the bank machine and thats all I use because the staff are not very smart if I need to talk to anyone I go to st Catharines main branch because there very knowledgeable and know how to help people the branch in port are very ignorant
