Very award experience, enquiring about debit card, on Sep 22, 2025 one of the staff anwser my call went through the system, Iam still holding for answer , then disconnected and never called back. Worst service never seen my life.
So far my banking experience with BMO bank is far less than expected. I’ve been in two branches and have issues on both of them. Hopefully, it gets better.. this bank is the most Awkward banking experience ever.. Nobody talks to you when you enter the bank then you have to stand in line like you you’re in kindergarten.
Scam of a remodel....it's been months and it's nowhere near being done. It's obvious this is some type of scam being run. You can't go inside and employees are toileting in a Porta potty. Embarrassing actually
