Great customer attention and service as able to discuss thoroughly several banking questions, needs, and concerns. A job well done by Stoney and the whole crew
This has been my mother's go-to bank for years and they have consistently been so helpful. She has some disabilities and yet they are always very patient and polite to her. The current branch manager Stephanie is very accommodating and knows her stuff regarding banking inside and out. Especially concerning senior-related matters. Thanks to all for being so great!
I'm new to Sarasota (originally from Canada), and Stephanie made it super easy to get set up here. She got me on my girlfriend's account and hooked me up with a new debit card in just one visit. She was friendly, helpful, and exuded a great "energy" the whole time too. If I had to pick something to improve I'd say the process went a bit slower than absolutely necessary, but that was mostly due to my chatting so much with Stephanie and asking about her plants. ;) BMO offers some pretty nice perks as well... such as no fees at... read more
New to the area and the team they made me feel welcomed and valued. The Manager Stephanie helped me with my complexed transition in a timely manor with perfect follow-up. I observed Micheal’s energetic professional customer service, additionally Lamar was very impressive with a joyful attitude with other customers at the transaction window.
