Do NOT bank here. I’m on week 2 of a fraud claim (which took 2 days max with prior bank) and they just don’t care. AI customer service on website. Was told claim could take up to 45 days IF I get my money back. Closing account as soon as possible (that only takes one day).
Wait times are absurd!
Don't go thru the drive-thru!!! Was there today, @ 3:00ish I waited close to 15 min. 😡 Only 2 staff, that I could see, NOONE spoke to me....to acknowledge I was sitting there!!! This is Nt the 1st time iv delt w this problem!!!
