Whenever I go into this bank to get cash, I'm asked- what are you going to do with this cash? Well, I'm not doing anything immoral or illegal, yet it's none of your business what I'm doing with my money and it makes me very uncomfortable being asked this. I know the staff is being directed to ask this in the name of good customer service, but come up with something else. Tell me my earrings are cute, comment about the heavy traffic in the area, but mind your own business about what I'm doing with my money
Do NOT bank here. I’m on week 2 of a fraud claim (which took 2 days max with prior bank) and they just don’t care. AI customer service on website. Was told claim could take up to 45 days IF I get my money back. Closing account as soon as possible (that only takes one day).
