This branch is completely useless. Husband tried to deposit a check here and the manager told him both of us had to be there to deposit. Went back an hour later and the same person said said the check could not be deposited because my name was on the account. They would not allow me to sign over the check and told us we would have to go to the bank where the account was originally opened (which is out of state) to get my name added. If you can't do any of these things what's even the point of existing as a brick an mortar?!
Unsatisfactory and Unprofessional Service at 46691 Mission Blvd Branch!!! I had an issue with a monthly service charge that was added to my account. Upon noticing this, I visited the branch and spoke to a representative who assured me that the charge would be rebated if I maintained a minimum balance in my account.
