Not only did he help maximize our return, but he helped us to navigate the tax system as newly married, first time home owners with freelance income. UPDATE: After posting the below review, I received a message via Yelp from another CPA that Brian has left his career as a CPA to focus on his YouTube career. I checked the account and found he has close to 700k followers. That's really impressive and exciting for him, but I am shocked and so disappointed that he couldn't find 1 minute in the past 3 months to email his active clients, or at the very least update his auto-response, VM, or website with this info. I used BMK's online service because I have a very simple tax return. It's my second year working with them and they raised my rate from $250 to $480 for the exact same work. When I inquired about the price change, they stopped returning emails and won't answer my phone calls. Unethical, unprofessional, and a terrible way to treat people.
