When opening an account with BMI Federal Credit Union i was not made aware by the Branch Manager that after i got the promotion of 300.00 that i had to stay with the Credit Union for 12 months my husband and i left due to not recieving early pay for my husbands paycheck even when they came into account pending status on a wednesday and wouldn't be released till friday, also didnt like the fact the random transaction randomly disappearing more then once from our account then reapperaing later on. never had troubles with any o... read more
BEST federal credit union in Central Ohio. NCUA.
I ultimately hate banking with BMI.. they just have terrible staff no matter what location you visit.. they're always rude and seem like they hate their lives when I have to make a transaction with one of the tellers.
