Delivered (to a rather difficult location) and extremely heavy treadmill and assembled it perfectly. Courteous and friendly, I have nothing but praise for the operation.

They delivered a treadmill and installed it incorrectly and I'm still sitting here a month later with a $1500 broken machine in my living room that I haven't even been able to use one time!!!!! If they are not qualified to put machines together, then they shouldn't be doing it! And since I ordered it from Dick's, but I have to go through the treadmill maker to get it repaired, it's a freaking nightmare! But it shouldn't be happening…

My daughter is visiting from out of state. This company is responsible for delivering her dialysis supplies, and this is not the first time they've been horribly late with the delivery. She's completely out of necessities and this company is sitting on the delivery. I highly recommend using a different service if you have time sensitive necessities.

Well communication before and during delivery. Well put together and easily completed, could very much tell they have a substantial quantity of experience.
