BMD performed the 'final mile' delivery for my very delicate aquarium. They were easy to get ahold of with minimal 'phone tree' which became important for me due to the need to reschedule a delivery appointment. Final delivery team offloaded the package with haste and care. Aquarium and all parts appear undamaged from shipping!
BMD logistics scheduled a delivery for us today, but we were unaware that a signature was required at the time of delivery. Customer service transferred me to speak with Kevin, and he went above and beyond to assist in making sure that our package was delivered safely within our garage. We truly appreciate it!
I had BMD deliver a two seat recliner in excellent condition . They notified me by call 20 minutes before delivering my furniture. Then I received a text message 10 minutes before delivery, so I easily had updates. I thank the delivery team they was very quick and polite, I thank y’all! Communication went well. I had a great experience and they even helped me out with bringing the recliner to my doorstep. Five stars!

Delivered (to a rather difficult location) and extremely heavy treadmill and assembled it perfectly. Courteous and friendly, I have nothing but praise for the operation.
