I can't say thank you enough for making this so smooth. My accident threw me for a loop and my rental was waiting for me at Florence Auto Body when I pulled up. An employee of BMC showed up a few minutes later and answered all of my questions, had me sign and I was on my way. On return of my vehicle, I pulled up and it went much the same. I was able to leave the rental on the lot and switch to my vehicle and drive away. An employee showed up later to pick up the rental.
