Had trouble finding a good hook at big box and local harware store for hanging a charging cord on the exterior of my garage. Then I recalled Bystone's, and figure they'd have a hook, or boat cleat or something that would fit the bill. Stopped in, immediate friendly greeting. I went here the other day looking for some warning lights for my new dashboard I ordered. The two older ladies behind the counter were very helpful and nice, however, the one lady said I needed to talk to her son. This guy was the most arrogant and pompous person I have ever met. I didn't know whether or not I needed 5/16 or 1/4 inch lights because I didn't know there was a difference as I am new to boating.
