Very disappointing experience with both the store and their customer service. I ordered two pairs of shoes online, paid in full, and was later informed that the pair I actually wanted was out of stock. When I asked to cancel the entire order since the main item was unavailable, I was told they don't accept returns on sale items—even though the issue was on their end. Dismissive and greedy, this company made no effort to make things right. Poor service, zero accountability. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Great store with wonderful service ,staff and selection of brand name shoes. Conveniently located inside Orchard Park Mall. Definitely worth checking out. 👍🏻
