I can't recommend Leanne and BLVD enough. They were thoughtful, professional, hard working and friendly from start to finish of my family's large estate sale. We couldn't have done it without them. We enjoyed working with BLVD.
Several bad experiences that bubbled over to this. Sales are ridiculously overpriced. More than new retail cost on used items in most cases. Immovable on pricing to the point of being rude about. Had a situation today where the checkout lady didn’t respect the price they listed it as and looked the item up at the register and valued it 100x more! No exaggeration! I cannot say enough great things about Blvd. They handled a very large moving sale for us, and handled it flawlessly. The team was amazing to work with - so talented, so dedicated. The sale generated enormous traffic, and the proceeds from the sale were beyond expectations. They even managed the sale of a large garage full of specialized tools and equipment and yielded excellent results.
Some of the prices were terribly inflated then marked %75 off. Not cool. She was also condenseding and a bit rude. Not a good experience at all! Won't go back to a Blvd sale.
