I booked hair and makeup services through Blush for myself and my bridal party. The staff at Blush were friendly and nice, however, I think the services were underwhelming. The makeup was very simple even when shown a more glam photo. I could have done my makeup myself and had a better outcome, even after requesting some touch ups. The salon is located conveniently on a central downtown corner within easy walking distance from other shops. Parking is on-street but inexpensive and easy to pay for with the ParkMobile app. The salon was busy yet clean, well appointed and tastefully decorated. Blush is definitely the best place in the Rutland area to get your hair done, especially as a blonde! I have gone to Haley twice. She does a wonderful job every time. She is also very quick. She is friendly and kind. They do text reminders which is awesome, and helpful. They have a wide variety of services, but I’ve only gone for hair. I am excited for them to expand and would like to try more of their services! Highly recommend Blush for your wedding hair and makeup needs!! Not many vendors were willing to take on hair and makeup services for fourteen people on my wedding day. I am so glad I went with Blush, because they made it through our group with ease and enthusiasm.
