The staff is nice and always take care of me. Shout out to Avionne for being so awesome!
the worst online services. the phone agents are like robots repeating their stupid guide repeatedly when you ask for something. No managers are available. they have to email them. We went in to fix the online banking . agreed it would be fixed.. nothing has changed. terrible service, incompetent staff and a terrible parking lot in La Mesa. If you enjoy headaches then do bank here.
I would give a 0 if I could. I put my phone number in for acall back me back bc of long hold time but they made me wait and then hung up on me. I gave them 4 chances. They moved their office after 14 years and still do not have one remotely near us. Then they changed their name and have been horrible ever since. What happened! They are not a member of the co-opt either. Please do not go with this credit Union. They should just close down because they hate their customers.
