Fantastic service from Lynn & her service team at Blundstone! I have 4 pairs of which I’ve worn for a few years, and my Redwood’s outer sole suddenly began to deteriorate. I contacted Blundstone’s warranty service & Lynn replied in 1 day. I fulfilled the requirements (info & photos) & had replacement boots 3 days later, free and with no delivery charge.
