There's a reason Blundstone has been in business since 1870! When the soles of my ten year old Blundstone boots fell off as I was walking in the mall, I contacted Blundstone to let them know what occurred with my boots. After a few emails and pictures of proof of the damaged boots, Blundstone's warranty team confirmed I would be receiving replacement boots. I Discovered Blundstone living in Australia in 2005. All my family now wear them. For the first time for me or the family I had an issue with one boot and contacted Blundstone Canada. Customer service "Owen" helped me with the entire process. Sales slip long gone was not a problem, nor was the fact that my boots were no longer made. My first pair of Blundstone Classic boots just started, after 6 years, to show signs of use. So I've purchased a new pair for this winter (Winter Thermal Series) and will keep these older ones for gardening and hicking/camping. Very happy with the durability and comfort the product provides!
Horrible experience with the warranty team. My boots purchased November of 2023 and only used in winter months came apart at the rear seam and they told me normal wear and tear? I’d expect to get 2 seasons out of a pair of Walmart brand boots but not ones I paid 240+ tax for. Warranty team took no responsibility and ignored my replies. Buy better boots elsewhere.
Warranty team was very easy to deal with. They took the time to review my issues and dealt with them timely. Now I have a new pair of boots to walk into 2026, my feet couldn’t be happier!
