First time ever purchasing Blundstones. Online, the sizing is difficult to understand. Ended up ordering the wrong size. I emailed Blundstone and explained my dilemma. Not only did I end up with the wrong size, i needed them for my son's upcoming wedding. Rachel emailed me back promptly and had a solution right away.
