I recently went through the warranty claim process for a pair of 11 year old boots and I must say, the process was painless and efficient with a pair of new boots arriving within a week or so. The warranty team is the best!
Customer service in Canada was phenomenal, very prompt and quick to respond and the issue was resolved with in two to three business days. I cannot say enough good about blundstone Canada and in our household we have 16 pairs of Blundstones, including three CSA pairs of safety boots.
I made a warranty claim and the whole experience was smooth and easy. The response was quick. The directions were clear and I now have a replacement set of boots. I was surprised that my 11 year old boots were covered by the warranty. Thank for the excellent service Blundstone folks.
Blundstones Customer Service Team provided me with excellent service. The communication was very prompt and delivery was ahead of scheduled time. All round a very good experience.
I'm on my 2nd pair of Blundstone in 20 years - they have lasted THAT long and are still in excellent (and comfortable) condition. Had one repair need getting support and a quick fix happened so quickly. Great boots. Great company.
